What sampling method that use to survey the opinions of the franchise towards the current distribution system?
simple random sampling would be a good start. Stratified sampling would be best.
the analysis of categorical data is difficult. look at the type of analysis you are looking to do and then develop a sampling method that will meet the assumptions of your analysis methods.
